HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Thank you for wanting to place an order from Davina Dawn Sewing Specialties.  My goal is to make shopping a pleasant experience for you, providing you personal service with quality custom made products.

To place a custom order/special request, please go to the side of the page and select "Special Order Inquiry" and submit requested information..

On-line product purchase:  Please use the shopping cart provided throughout the site.  If you find a product that does not have the ability to add to the cart, please let me know so that I can fix this for you.  Once you add an item to your cart, at the bottom you will be asked if you want to continue shopping, click this button and it will return you to the last page you were at.

There is a 20% ($15 minimum) cancellation fee for all online orders.

Local customers can place orders to be picked up.  Items ordered with cash on delivery, will be held for one week only!  Unless you decide on me shipping your order, the shipping cost will be deleted from your order.

Please include your preferred method of payment such as:

  • Cash on Delivery (for local customers)

  • Money Order (these MUST be from the USPS Postal system)

  • Personal Check

  • Bill Pay online through your banking system (this is for online orders that will be shipped from order placed online)

There is a $40 charge for returned, bounced checks.  If your check bounces, it will be required  that you submit your replacement payment, including fee, via USPS money order.

Once I receive your order, I will confirm availability (my shopping cart does not keep track of availability as it is something I manually take care of) as well as confirm shipping costs, with a total amount due via email.

I will e-mail you once your payment has been received and give you the ship date.  Please know that personal checks need to clear the bank before I am able to ship your order.  Also, if you choose to use Bill-pay, please process once your order is confirmed, as it generally takes about a week for me to receive these type payments.  If your payment has not arrived within a week, your order will be cancelled and placed back in inventory.

USPS Money Order payments, once received, are generally shipped the next business day. 

The day your order is shipped you will receive an email from USPS with your tracking information.

NOTE:  All items that I have available are already on-line.  Please e-mail with your inquiries.  If I don't have what you are looking for, you can place a Special Order and be placed in my work schedule.
