It has been an interesting year with COVID on the forefront and brides deciphering how to move forward with their wedding plans. They are being creative as well as accepting the need to compromise with some couples postponing out a year.
Due to the pandemic, I myself have made adjustments to my service offerings. I will share more in an upcoming post, but for today I would like to share a few alterations that I have done for an upcoming fall wedding.
The bridal gown is displayed on the dress form, as I worked with the bride with her initial fitting where her mom picked up the dress for when the bride would be home. Once home on school break, she was able to confirm the fit. While she was here in May, her mom asked if I would do her dress as well in Aug. which I enjoyed working on. What a lovely family to work with.
Below is the before/after of the Mother-of-the-Bride gown
I will show more detailed pictures on the designated pages for the bride and the Mother-of-the-bride/groom pages. The mom shared this week, that she would be sure to send some pictures from the wedding in Oct., to which I look forward to seeing.
I will post more pictures on the coordinating bridal and Mother-of-the-Bride/Groom pages, showing more details.
I hope everyone is staying healthy and safe.
