Reversible Fall placemats. Fall leaves on one side, the other side a fun pumpkin print on black. It is hard to find placemats that fit a round table, so I designed a placemat that would work well for our small sized table setting to fit 4 people. Of course, the challenge is deciding which side to have face up, as one of us prefers one side over the other and keeps flipping them over on me.

I had about a 10″ strip left of the Home Decor fabric I used on a set of Kitchen curtains. My choice, in an effort to not waste such nice fabric, was to make some Tea Mats, which can also be used as a Sandwich or Soup mat as well.

My love for tea cups began a long time ago, when I was a little girl, visiting my Granny in MO. I would stand in front of her hutch admiring her beautiful cups. Never did I imagine I would inherit them some day. Yet, when I did, I found that I kept adding to the collection. There is something special about an old tea cup. Imagine the stories it can tell 🙂

A local client requested that I create some table covers/large coaster like coverings for her living room side tables. She provided the fabric and bias tape, with specifications of size.
